Drinkers and HomebrewersOn July 27th 2002 members filled a recently emptied Wild Turkey whiskey barrel with scotch ale (OG 94). Just for good measure we poured in a bottle of Wild Turkey 101. Our plan is to leave it in a temperature controlled location for six months. At that time we will taste it and see if we need to go another six months. For results, check back here in Febuary.
